DESCRIPTION
Constantly increasing quality requirements in the production environment
as well as shorter product cycles and small batch sizes require measurement
technoligy that is robust and with which a wide variety of measurement tasks
can be mapped quickly and easily. This is where conventional 3D measuring
reach their limits.
The Rotexion shaft measuring device automatically records the geometric outer
contours of rotating parts.
A minimal, defined contact force prevents possible workpiece damage and
guarantees reproducible measuring processes.
Thanks to the intuitive RotoWare software, quick manual measurements are
just as possible for the practitioner as the creation of complex automated
measurement processes in expert mode. Thus, the Rotexion measuring device is
suitable both for the quality inspection of individual pieces and for
automated processes. A touchscreen monitor and the 3D mouse make operation
child's play. The measurement results are clearly displayed graphically,
logged and can be used in a variety of ways, for example in QM systems and
other database applications.
